Corporation’s Name Change

To change a corporation’s name, you must file Articles of Amendment with either the Provincial Government registry or the Federal Government. The new name will need approval, which may include a NUANS search. Once the amendment is filed, you’ll receive a certificate of amendment along with proof of filing. All documents will be sent via email.

A name change of a Corporation can be requested by any one of the active directors of the corporation.
