This is suitable for a single owner company formation for small businesses with local customers. Income generated from it will be taxed as personal taxes. Good for starting a business in small level.

Sole proprietorship and trade names must be renewed every 4 or 5 years depending on the province after which it expires. If it is already expired you will have to register as new.

We will do a free pre-search on the names you suggest. If the first preferred name is not available, we will register with the second preferred name.

Business name must be approved before it can be used for registration. You can suggest up to 3 names in the order of preference. We will then submit the names to B.C Registries for approval.

We offer 3 processing queues which includes name approval and registration processing. Government registries processing timeline may vary based on their work load but we do our best to complete the registration in the processing queue you select.
