At EZ Incorporate, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Please note that service fees and applicable government fees are non-refundable once your order has been processed.

Once we begin processing your order, we cannot offer a full refund. However, if your application has not yet been filed, we may be able to cancel the order and offer a partial refund, minus a 30% processing fee to cover payment and service costs. Since we provide services rather than physical products, our refund policy differs from that of tangible goods. If you believe you made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it, by phone or email, with your order number and cancellation request. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. Please note that no refunds will be provided if the business or business name has already been registered or reserved.

Our specialists are happy to offer guidance and advice on selecting a business name to the best of their ability. However, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to ensure the business name complies with government regulations. If your chosen name is rejected, you will need to provide an alternative and allow sufficient time for government processing. Alternatively, you can opt for a numbered company.

Please note that name approval cannot be guaranteed, as it is determined by the government. As such, a refund cannot be offered if the name is rejected. Additionally, any fees paid for NUANS reports, name reservations, or name approval applications that have been submitted or reserved are non-refundable.

Any delays in registration caused by the client’s failure to provide accurate or timely information (such as signatures, correct email address, or phone number) that prevent us from reaching out to you are not our responsibility. In such cases, the fees paid cannot be refunded.

Additionally, if delays occur due to government processing times, third-party delays, system malfunctions, or updates outside of our control, the priority service queue fees will not be refunded. In cases where priority service fees have already been paid to the government, those fees are non-refundable.

If, after review, it is determined that you provided all necessary information on time and filled out the forms correctly, and there was an issue on our end, a partial refund for the relevant services may be considered.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our team, and we will be happy to assist you. Please provide your payment receipts, order details, or any equivalent proof of purchase. Our team will carefully review the situation, and refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval.
